What is the Sustainable Construction Programme?

The sustainable construction programme is a student initiative at Oxford Brookes University which aims to raise awareness of sustainable construction as well as providing practical experience in sustainable building. Workshops involve hands-on tuition from sustainable construction experts for a small group of students and these are followed by an evening lecture to a wider audience.

Lime Workshop - Comments?

What was good (cake?) and bad (Llamas?) about the Lime Centre Workshop? How could it have been done better?

The cake was definitely one of the best things!

The combination of a lecture first explaining lime construction and then the practical stuff later was great because we could see what he was talking about right infront of us!

I would have liked to build an interesting brick wall like the ones with arches he showed us!
